How to Register for Your First Class

Reservations are required for all subsequent classes. You can make a reservation by logging in and using the GROUPON RSVP tab to schedule a class (you don’t need to activate/”pay for” your Groupon again).

All classes have a limited number of reservations so sign up early when you can (up to one week in advance). If there is space, you can make a reservation up to 30 minutes before the class start time. We release reservations 5 minutes before class begins. If you’re having trouble making a reservation, make sure that you are using the Groupon RSVP tab and not the regular class schedule.

Cancellation Policy

After you have made a reservation, you must cancel if you cannot attend, or your account will be debited for the class. Cancellations must be made 8 hours before class start time. To cancel your reservation, please login to access your online schedule and click “cancel.” All class cancellations must be made online through your account. Phone and email cancellations are not accepted.
