Groupon FAQ’s

If you bought the Groupon, you’re in the right place.
How to Register for Your First Class
- go to our online schedule
- create a login
- choose the online store tab
- choose groupon classes and the november ’11 special
- on the left side of the screen, type in the promotion code from your Groupon printout (hint: it is not a number, it is a two word phrase) and hit apply
- the total amount owed will now say $0.00
- choose “check out”
- verify your email address and choose “place order” (you don’t need a “gift card number”)
- your Groupon is now activated!
- to schedule classes, go to the “Groupon RSVP” tab and choose a class (for more directions and information, see below)
- you will need your Groupon voucher for your first class (paper or smartphone)
Reservations are required for all subsequent classes. You can make a reservation by logging in and using the GROUPON RSVP tab to schedule a class (you don’t need to activate/”pay for” your Groupon again).
More about Reservations
All classes have a limited number of reservations so sign up early when you can (up to one week in advance). If there is space, you can make a reservation up to 30 minutes before the class start time. We release reservations 5 minutes before class begins. If you’re having trouble making a reservation, make sure that you are using the Groupon RSVP tab and not the regular class schedule.

- Groupon packages cannot be split between two people.
- An active Groupon cannot be transfered to another person.
- We offer extensions on Groupon packages only in the case of injury or bereavement.
- Your Groupon is good for all classes visible on the Groupon RSVP tab, but does not include workshops or special events (like bootcamps).
